Community Participation Guidelines
At Coloring Rabbit, we welcome everyone who shares our goals and wishes to contribute positively to our community. To ensure a safe and encouraging environment, we have adopted this code of conduct. All members must agree to and follow these guidelines to create a positive community experience for everyone.
#### Expected Behavior
As a member of the Coloring Rabbit Community, you are expected to represent our community values.
**Community Quality Guidelines**
To maintain the quality of our professional art community, our curators monitor submissions and remove any artworks or posts that do not follow our guidelines. Only “Artist” profiles can upload artworks in the Gallery. Please adhere to these guidelines:
- Upload only one image of a single artwork.
- Ensure images are of high quality, without frames or borders.
- Incomplete or very amateur artworks will not be accepted.
- Upload only your artwork or artworks you own, and mention the artist’s name if applicable.
- While digital artworks are accepted, not all types are allowed. Review our gallery to understand the accepted styles.
- Provide descriptions for the artworks you upload.
Repeated violations may result in account downgrades, restricting your ability to upload artworks.
**Types of Works We Accept:**
- Professional artworks
- Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor, or Mixed Medium Artworks
- Digital Artworks printed on canvas and worked with traditional methods
- Artworks from a complete profile with a detailed bio and exhibition details
- Artworks with commercial value
**Art Auction House / Art Store / Art Sales**
Artworks selected for the auction house are chosen from the gallery by our curators. Ensure your uploads are professional to be considered. Curators will contact you for additional details if your work is selected.
**Value and Respect One Another**
Value each other’s ideas, styles, and perspectives. Disagreement is no excuse for poor manners. Behave respectfully, especially in discussions. Be direct, productive, and positive. If you make a mistake, take responsibility, apologize, and correct your behavior.
**Try to be Active**
Participate actively in all community activities and discussions.
**Appreciate and Accommodate Our Differences**
Respect members from diverse cultures and backgrounds. Consider others' perspectives, respect privacy and confidentiality, and be open to learning and educating.
#### Behavior Not Tolerated
- **Spam or Phishing**: Do not drive traffic to unrelated sites or make false claims.
- **Violating Privacy or IP Rights**: Do not publish others’ artworks without consent or violate privacy and copyrights.
- **Discrimination or Hate Speech**: Treat everyone with respect; discrimination will not be tolerated.
- **Violence and Threats**: Violence or threats, including inciting self-harm, are unacceptable.
- **Personal Attacks**: Conflicts should not lead to personal attacks. Maintain respect and professionalism.
- **Derogatory Language**: Insulting or harmful language is not tolerated.

#### Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior
